How to Install

The solenoid relay has a Voltage of 36 Volt, 4 terminal Heavy-duty Solenoid with Copper Contacts, and a Flat Mounting Bracket. It is applicable for Marathon Ezgo TXT Series, 1980-2010 Electric Golf Carts, and replaces Part #'s: 70-120224, 3016, 11761-G1, 27855-G01, 27855-G02, 31680-G1, Cole Hersee 24080, and E-Z-Go 11761GA.

The Resistance is 18Ω, and the Max Transient current can be 200A, but the Continuous Working Current is recommended to be 80amp. The Dimensions include 2) 5/16-24 Contact Terms, 2) 10-32 Terminal, and Mounting holes: 5/16 x 19/32, 2-13/64 on centers.

The solenoid relay acts as the conduit between the golf car battery and starter generator, with Copper alloy contact terminals and an Insulated base with a steel housing. It is important to ensure that your small diode is in the correct direction with the line pointing to the positive side.

WARNING: This is a start solenoid only, and it should be used when your key starts. If it is used for Continuous Duty, it can work for 5 minutes under 150Amp, but it needs a break; otherwise, it will become too hot and may be burned or fired.
